WarehousingBy utilizing our two strategically located facilities in Houston (Portwall and Eastpark), with a total square footage of 350,000, we are able to offer mainly food grade storage, cross-dock and just-in-time warehousing services backed with world class transportation. With dry storage available, we are able to provide all transportation clients with a single source. These facilities are critical to our ability to provide superior service with tremendous flexibility. With both facilities located in close proximity to all major consignees and convenient to the Interstate highway system, we are able to serve a diverse customer base providing a variety of transportation solutions. Distribution From both our locations we provide daily scheduled service throughout the region and nationally, offering a menu of services custom designed to meet the specific needs of individual clients. We utilize state-of-art trucking technology to transmit and receive orders, track shipments, confirm appointments and delivery, provide customer reports, and communicate with drivers, all in a seamless process that ensures industry leading service levels. Supporting this level of business is a dedicated and highly trained group of professionals, committed to exceeding client expectations. Logistics Our team delivers on its objective of seamlessly managing clients business to improve efficiencies, and drive down cost, while improving customer service. As the logistics management team for a dedicated client the Cadeco Distribution team uses all of our resources to operate the logistics function of food manufactures and shippers. Our logistics services allow clients to sub-contract their warehousing and transportation functions to our team of professionals, allowing the client to focus on other issues that drive their business. Each client’s needs are individually evaluated and assessed resulting in a comprehensive proposal to address the objective of the client. |
